Here is my recorded Presentation at HSMAI’s ROC (Revenue Optimization Conference) Held in New Orleans in June of 2016. I’m very proud that it got voted the #1 breakout session, I had over 350 in room attendance and another 400+ online as I streamed it live on Facebook.
